The Company

GALANOU Company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Piraeus.

Over the years, it has managed to maintain a leading position in the maritime sector, offering reliable products and services, mainly in lifesaving equipment and firefighting equipment (recognized by Bureau Veritas), for recreational vessels and ships.

The company imports and distributes to both the global and Greek markets a wide range of competitive products such as inflatable lifejackets, lifesaving equipment, safety equipment, firefighting items, liferafts, rescue boats, canoes, aluminum and polyethylene boats, navigation lights, and a very broad range of marine equipment.

All products carry international certifications such as CE, EN, and SOLAS and are approved by all Maritime Authorities.

Our services are provided by certified and highly skilled technicians, working directly with most manufacturers and under the supervision of George Galanos, including ARIMAR, ALFA OCEAN, BALTIC, BESTO, EVAL, HERO, LIEVEST, PLASTIMO, SEASAFE, SEAGO, WAYPOINT, 4 WATER, etc.

At our premises, we operate a Service Station approved by the Ministry of Merchant Shipping (INSPECTION OF INFLATABLE LIFEJACKETS – LIFERAFTS), offering comprehensive inspection and repair services for all the above-mentioned liferafts, lifejackets, inflatable boats, and fire extinguishers.
